What file types can I upload?
You can upload PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), and common document formats. Each file can be up to 50MB in size.
Can I access Kincura on my phone?
Yes. Kincura is fully responsive and works on any device with a web browser. Just go to the website on your phone or tablet.
How many care recipients can I add?
You can add up to 5 care recipients per account.
Can I share access with family members?
Multi-user sharing is coming soon. For now, each account is for one user.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your data is automatically backed up and stored securely in encrypted databases.
Can I export my data?
You can download individual documents anytime. Bulk export of all data is coming soon.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us through the Contact page to request account deletion. We'll remove all your data within 30 days.
